4. 提醒與生產力功能
提醒、鬧鐘、任務與計時器旨在協助日常安排，不保證在所有系統狀態、睡眠、音效裝置或第三方服務故障情況下準時觸發。請勿將本程式作為醫療、緊急、安全關鍵或其他需要保證送達的提醒系統。
5. Google 與其他第三方服務
Google Calendar 同步為選用功能，使用時也必須遵守 Google 的適用條款與政策。你可隨時在程式中中斷連線；詳細資料處理方式請見隱私權政策。工作坊或未來的平台整合可能受各平台各自條款約束。
6. 免責與責任限制
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，程式依「現況」提供，不保證不中斷、無錯誤、相容於所有硬體或符合你的特定目的。對因使用或無法使用程式、使用者素材或第三方服務所生的間接、附帶或衍生損失，發佈者不承擔責任；法律不得排除的責任不受此限。

1. Accepting these terms
By installing, running, or using Desktop Pet Studio, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the app if you do not agree.
2. Software use
Desktop Pet Studio gives you the right to create and use desktop pets on Windows devices that you own or are authorized to use. Except where applicable law says otherwise, you may not reverse engineer the app, distribute unauthorized copies, or remove rights notices.
3. Your assets and creator content
You are responsible for images, GIFs, sounds, JSON settings, and workshop content that you import or make. Make sure you hold the necessary copyright, permissions, or licenses. Do not import infringing, unlawful, malicious, or harmful material.
4. Reminder and productivity features
Reminders, alarms, tasks, and timers assist everyday planning. They are not guaranteed to trigger under every system state, sleep state, audio-device issue, or third-party-service failure. Do not use the app for medical, emergency, safety-critical, or other situations that require guaranteed delivery.
5. Google and other third-party services
Google Calendar sync is optional and subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. You may disconnect it in the app at any time; see the Privacy Policy for data details. Workshop or future platform integrations may be subject to their own platform terms.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or fit for a particular purpose. The publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the app, user assets, or third-party services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for feature, legal, or service changes and will revise the effective date on this page. You can use the public issue-reporting channel for support; a support email will be added before Google OAuth verification.
